DM-QMC is composed of square poles machined into a solid block of steel. Each pole generates a constant, uniform and predefined force regardless of who turns the system on. This force is proportional to the number of poles in contact with the die surface Bigger dies can be used in smaller presses.

DM-QMC control interface is small and installs easily The system uses several safety devices to avoid accidental mag or de-mag:

- The buttons must be activated simultaneously (SAFE function).

- The interlock key to prevent mag/demag by unauthorized personnel.

Modular and suitable for any piece:
This system is composed by 4 permanent magnetic modules, independent and freely positionable to clamp pieces of any shape and size.
Each module is supplied with 4 pole extensions;these extension can be machined and modified to better suit the piece to be welded.
Also modules can be machined to insert reference pins/stops/reference points.
