Electro-permanent magnetic clamping force is generated by internal circled multiple, independent magnetic pole sets. Internal design of magnetic pole allows magnetic flow going through and circled constantly. mould applied on the surface of magnetic plate then connected with N/S poles as a "bridge" and clamped by magnetic force. There are four (4) factors to influence actual magnetic clamping force: material, contact area, air-gap , and back-plate thickness of mould:
